location, walking distance to all attractions. we loved star. we could easily get to youth hill because it was only 1 mile away.

The hotel is conveniently located in the very city centre, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Additionally, it is not far from the railway station, which is convenient for travelers.

Some guests have mentioned a foul smell in the bathroom, which can be unpleasant.

Great location within walking distance of everything. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with AC that worked well to block out any outside noise. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the evening receptionist who even helped us extend our stay. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of facilities in the room such as a fridge and bathtub, making for a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacked adequate parking facilities, so traveling with a car would be a challenge.

Budget hotel. Location is good right in the centre of the pedestrian area of town. This is currently a two star hotel quite run down but good value for the money if you are happy with that standard.

Moreover, the hotel caters to different dietary needs by offering a delicious breakfast for vegans.

Great location and budget-friendly. The room was clean and had modern amenities such as air conditioning and a fridge. The hotel was located in a central area making it easy to get around and find places to eat.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and didn't work well. The bed was uncomfortable and the room had a strange smell. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was outdated and not welcoming.

The room was excellent, single room with a double bed, warm, clean & very pleasant. Ideal location for the City.

Only the cable TV some channels were unwatchable, no tea or coffee. (But I bought milk and tea bags as there is a fridge. Unfortunately the fridge was not stocked

For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including air conditioning and internet, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had two separate beds, which added to our comfort.

Despite these great aspects, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon.

Location very central

Shabby delapidated and dated hotel with need to improve on service standards and basically tired. The hotel is not a Best Western any more as it has seemingly lost its' license to the franchise rights.

Great location, helpful staff, spacious room, and comfortable bed. This hotel provided me with an excellent experience during my stay in this city. The staff were friendly and always available to offer assistance. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me a good night's rest.

Couldn't stay longer.

no heating, small rooms, bads next to the windows so strong flow of air, poor bathroom, conditions not appopriate to the expectations from a Best Western

The hotel's location is spot on, with main attractions and amenities within walking distance. The rooms are fairly comfortable, and the beds reasonably good quality. In addition, the hotel offers a reasonable level of cleanliness throughout.

The hotel could do with a facelift as it's starting to feel a little outdated, with shabby elevators and dark, tired corridors. Also, soundproofing between rooms is almost non-existent, with little to no privacy.
